Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

These terms apply to the Luxwarp website, accounts, apps and related remote-access service. You must have the legal capacity and permissions needed to agree to these terms and use the service. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to represent it.

2. Accounts and devices

Use an email/sign-in account you control. Register only your own devices or devices whose owner has authorized you. Check the device shown on an approval screen. Do not share sign-in links, approval codes or device credentials.

Team administrators can manage invitations, roles and device access. If you discover account compromise or unauthorized access, revoke the affected device and contact inquiry@luxwarp.com.

3. Features and connection requirements

Luxwarp helps you access computers you are authorized to use. Supported platforms, features and device limits depend on the available build and plan. Direct connections depend on devices being online, operating-system permissions, firewalls, routers and internet access. We do not guarantee connectivity on every network, a particular image quality, speed or latency, or uninterrupted operation.

Free and Plus use direct connections and do not include screen-traffic relay service. Enterprise relay is subject to separate availability and terms and is not included by default in the current beta. See the host router setup guide for connection preparation.

4. Beta access and pricing

Beta access is by invitation; applying does not guarantee admission. A beta application does not require payment details, and the current website does not collect subscription payments. Planned prices, features and release dates may change.

Before introducing paid subscriptions, we will present the price, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Applying for the beta or connecting Google sign-in does not start a paid subscription.

5. Unacceptable use

• Unauthorized remote access, covert surveillance or use of someone else's account
• Distributing malware, handling unlawful content or violating privacy or intellectual-property rights
• Bypassing authentication or access limits, disrupting the service or conducting unauthorized security tests that affect others
• Deceiving others into providing sign-in codes or device access

This section does not restrict research, interoperability or other rights that applicable law protects.

6. Your content and the software

Rights to files, projects and screen content accessed remotely remain with you or their original rights holders. You are responsible for having permission to use and share that content and software. Using Luxwarp does not transfer ownership of your work content to us.

Rights in Luxwarp software and branding remain with their respective owners. Third-party and open-source components are governed by their applicable licenses.

7. Privacy and security

See our Privacy Policy for account, device and connection-data handling. Manage the content you expose, device permissions and network settings carefully, and keep independent backups of important files. Your devices, external sign-in providers and network services also depend on their providers' security, availability and terms.

8. Availability, ending use and your rights

Beta features may change or be discontinued. We may restrict access as necessary to address unlawful use, violations of these terms or security risks to users or the service. Where possible, we will explain the reason and next steps. Contact inquiry@luxwarp.com about an access restriction.

You can stop using the service, sign out of the app or revoke device access at any time. Request personal-data deletion separately using the method in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is not guaranteed to be error-free, suitable for a particular purpose or always reachable. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction for disputes.
